What do you like about working at AEP Industries?

"Nothing. The office was run by a burned out women who was stuck in the sixties. The owner, who is Chinese, felt that others should be able to correct his lies and mistakes and make everything better with the customer. The products were inferior, high priced, and never shipped on time. Expectations were high yet there was little support from the factories AEP represented. There was no insurance and the pay was much lower than the average pay for the position"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't bother. You will eventually be fired."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If your going to call the company American Electronic Products, then the products should be made in America. Otherwise, rename the company China Electronic Products."
