What do you like about working at Aegis Group?

"I did like the fact that some of the people paid attention to advice early on before the program began. I don't like that it was the vendor only, and not Aegis themselves. Had Aegis heeded 2 of my suggestions, there would have been communication with corporate about lease status, and would not have been shut down as soon."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself, and if your drug test comes up positive, ask for a retest, because saliva is not always accurate."

What don't you like about working at Aegis Group?

"Talking to United Healthcare was easy, and very accessible for employees. Talking to Aegis directly on a management level was near impossible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees, suggestions, especially licensed employees that have already had 5 years in the insurance industry specifically with a background in accounting, because your mistakes will be found. There should also not be a segregation of benefits that is so broad if you ever decide to come back to Fort Lauderdale."
