"Continue to grow and expand programs I think it is a good place for someone with a high school education to earn a decent living. You provide a fun atmosphere. Benifits can use improvement."

"The IT group did not adequately plan the implementation of projects properly thereby causing applications to be placed on line that were not thoroughly tested"

"Overall getting feedback from employees who have direct contact with customers/clients so that they can make better decisions."

"they went out of buisness but the money was good during the 2 years I was employed there, but there wasn't much of a challenge or freedom to grow there."

"Be more selective in hiring. Someone with no management experience and has a past may not be your best candidate."

"The opportunity for growth and the fact that I excelled at managing a sales team, won awards, broke company records and was recognized as the best sales coach there."

"To dress nice and be motivated. The initial job is very easy to aquire."
