"Be sure to ask a lot of questions about what you will be doing and what career path options are available to you."

What don't you like about working at AECOM?

"I am generally stuck behind a desk most of every day. When I worked in manufacturing I was interacting with all levels of the team and doing more hands on work. I miss that haivng left manfacturing and would like to have the opportunity to do that again."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees and ask about their career plans."
