"Be positive and able to demonstrate your ability to work within a highly structured but disjointed environment."

What don't you like about working at Dell?

"As the company grew, it seemed to lack focus and grew increasingly bureaucratic. More and more levels of management approval became necessary to make progress in development. Products were launched without clearly defined business goals and commitment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Devise workable growth plans for various groups. The direction to grow services was disjointed, grew too fast with unrealistic budget, profit goals. Divorce support systems from legacy systems."
