"I worked at Douglas Dynamics for 10 months as an Advertising Intern. While it was a great place to work throughout my last couple of semesters of college, the seasonal aspect of our brand's products and the leadership there would make it hard to move up. My biggest problem was with the leaders in the company taking, or canceling by inactivity, projects that I had started and then get no involvement or recognition within the remainder of the project."
