"Your job is not secured no matter how loyal you are and no matter if you are making money for the company and any one who has been there longer than yourself, the Co. will offer them your position."

"Youir job was not secured even if you were making over your goals every month and they still layed you off."

"If someone is making their goals and have the repor with the clients and have built a trust with them also do nto put someone else as their Rep who was only 1 year longer with co."

"Made sure new management has streamlined the communications within the company. Ask for a job description. Ask for challenges you will face in your territory. Ask what changes have been made by staff suggestions. Ask for history of goals met by all reps!"

"goals set too high and unfairly between territories, mgmt did not take staff suggestions, refusing to look at competition and make changes, departments did not communicate well and have systems that worked well"

"retire your upper management, cut your subscription staff-use mail and go free, then your advertisers can justify their costs and advertise regularly instead of just special sections."
