"There is very little that I do not like about the company - perhaps lack of assignments was the biggest issue and I didn't see any growth options."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management of Advent Resources is doing a good job, the daily Scrum meetings are definitely the biggest improvement that I saw while I was there and the procedure could be improved; right now not everyone necessarily knows what the other team members talk about."
