The right tools are there to provide a solid foundation but be forewarned that upward mobility and financial compensation are not where they should be considering the expectation of the job duties. With standardization of deployments come stagnant personal growth or exposure to new tech. Again, this company is a great start for a building IT career and to learn the basics, but to continue developing, the work can become stale when one begins to become comfortable using the same tech day in and day out.
