"Advantage Solutions is a wonderful place to work with many different opportunities. The Talent Acquisition department strives to make the company better with monthly meetings, and frequently puts on events to make for a better environment. There can be times where communication doesn't seem to key around the TA department which can make things stressful when people are on different pages. The environment feels like a call center with no windows which is also a downer. All in all, it is a good place to work."
