"The overall company promotes collaboration and innovation, but the current company culture in my area is inflexible. Management is unwilling to listen to new ideas and their overall interactions with their team is petty and frustrating. There was an investigation by HR into this petty and condescending behavior, with little repercussions and no discernible change. The entire department is focused on serving ‘their client’ but largely over-promise (to the detriment of their teams) and despite hard work often under-deliver. This leads to feelings of frustration, inadequacy, and nihilism."
