"AdvanSix is a good company with good benefits. Management could be more clear with company direction and listen to SME's rather than suck ups more."

"They are undergoing a lot of internal change and unfortunately is making it difficult for their employees. Unless you have been with the company for years you feel often disregarded and left out of major decisions. Lack of communication is a major issue. Benefits are subpar."

"I've worked for this company for a year. Their performance significantly falls short of their potential. Significantly better decision making at the C, VP and director level are needed for genuine improvement. The culture and benefits are suspect at best. The company has some top talent at lower levels, but their advice and expertise often fall on deaf ears. Recent news and stock performance paint an accurate picture."
