What do you like about working at AdvancePCS?

"I enjoyed being able to help people understand and make the most of their prescription benefits. I enjoyed when I was able to work doing research, then I was able to get answers to problems others weren't able to figure out and get results."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My only tip would be to be enthusiastic and sincere when answering questions. And dress professionally."

What don't you like about working at AdvancePCS?

"I didn't like that it was a monotonous job, answering phone calls for eight hours a day. I also didn't like that the only advancement would have been becoming a lead, then a supervisor; If I was able to stay at AdvancePCS, I wouldn't have been able to do anything with my degree."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think the management team did the best they could with what the job was. They provided competitions to raise moral and keep the employees trying to do their best. They also had company events, such as holiday parties and picnics."
