"Travel is 24/7 and the hours are horrendous. I travel 100 percent of the time. There is no road to advancement of any knowledge of how to get ahead."

"I would compensate my employees with more PTO and Sabbaticals. I would increase opportunities in other territories."

"Process, No process such. All AdHoc tasks are being taken."

"No suggestions. they behave as what they think, Wish, useless"

"Could improve a lot. Should concentrate in training the new employees. Need to make sure the new employees are familiar with how the company operates. The training not always is just read the Standard Operating Procedures, they need to train the employees in the issuing of ECOs and also on all related processes."
