"I've worked with Advanced Recovery Systems for several months and love the atmosphere and the team. I would, however, change the fact that the company is very bureaucratic in the sense that too many decisions are made by top-level execs that have minimal experience in the working level. It's sad, but I've seen it many times before, certain areas get left out because of upper level management making decisions without a focus on the impact the decisions will have globally."
