"The owners/operators are disrespectful to employees and put them last over their own needs. It's a very unprofessional environment where inappropriate conduct is used. There is no Human Resources department to advocate and stand up for employees."

"Institute an HR department and also peer reviews as well as personal employee reviews. Also chances for employees to give feedback like exit interviews and regular meetings. Work on communication from top to bottom."
