4.9I am approaching my 3rd anniversary with Advanced Medical, and I can honestly say that it is as good now as is was in my first year. I'm not going to lie, this place is meant for people who want to work and have 100% passion for what they do. Zero tolerance for laziness or drama. My VP of sales told me that the team was here to coach us, not manage us. That was pretty refreshing. The turnover is pretty high and I can tell it's hard for the team to make the cuts, as I feel like they a really invested in our success. I've had no problems meeting with my mentors and telling them my concerns, and I do believe that they genuinely care about me and if I am enjoying the job.

4.3I have worked at AMPS for slightly more than one year. In that time I have grown both personally and financially. The job is not for everyone, there are a lot of days that go by very slow, but that is sales! Healthcare is a great industry to be in if you want a sales career and AMPS is an amazing place to start for people with basic sales skills or seasoned professionals!
