What don't you like about working at Advanced Health Media?

"Management monitored every move the employees made. You were reprimanded for being even a minute late. You were expected to work from home during inclement weather, even though the office was closed. When the employees voiced dissatisfaction and people started leaving, management ran scared and promised to look into the concerns of the employees. It never ,materialized."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Practice what you preach. During orientation the one big happy family atmosphere was projected. However it wasn't the reality."
