"The boss that I work with I worked with at RR Donnelley. I have flexibility to do what I need to do and am given the opportunity to do my job. I am not micro managed and am trusted with all that I do."

What don't you like about working at Advanced Forming Technology?

"There is not a lot of structure in some of the other departments which carries over into some of my job functions. This causes issues with vendors that I will find out about after the fact."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To create more of a cohesive team within the organization. All departments need to trust in the others that they will do their jobs and do them well."
