"Focus on experience working in a very mixed discipline team, and the desire to support not just external customers but internal ones as well. Also, focus on the ability to work in both design and manufacturing support, since the products are such long life a variety of challenges require some flexibility."

"In spite of our success, especially when our success hit extreme high levels, very little reward reflecting that success. Also, risk taking seems to have evaporated, with cost - cutting becoming the main business strategy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Although cutting costs is always important, it is not the only option. Growth is the other option, and a dose of new young talent is desperately needed to help grow the business."
