"This company has recently changed management. New management is focusing on the Power Conversion product lines. Most of my work has been with Instrumentation which may be going away. The company is planning on developing standard power supplies after 30+ years of creating custom products. I'm not sure how I can contribute especially when there are 6 other power supply engineers and I mostly have instrumentation experience."
