"I worked with AA TECH since it's the inception of a joint venture between Parker Hannifin and General Electric in 2012. The facility will always remain an extension of my "family". The workforce there is extremely dedicated and loyal."
"Good place to start out and gain experience. Favoritism is a big issue. Only the brown get promoted. Management is out of touch with the day to day realities of working in the factory & the employees that do. Sadly, it appears that they want it to stay that way. Advice: take the first opportunity to leave."
