"Former A/V technician, Reliable company that genuinely does care for their employees. The workplace is more like a family rather than just a job. There are times that can be stressful as goes any work place. There is plenty of over time depending on work flow but if over time is a desire of yours they will find something for you to do. The difference I can say about Adtech that makes them stand out from other A/V companies is that they are growing and they are always welcome to grow within the company, if you do not have the proper certifications they will make it happen so you can keep growing the company to meet YOUR desire in career path. They truly do care for there employees."
