"Good product. The dealer network needs to be controlled better. Particularly on the ethical standards. Operationally not bad. Immediate supervisor was not a bad person. Nor was the next level up. The top level of the Custom Home division had many poor characteristics. Including sabre rattling during the Covid crisis and an extreme lack of respect for Representatives, Sales Managers and Director time by having elongated, directionless and self serving mandatory meetings."
