Adswizz Employee

"They fire people with no real reasons, even if you work from morning till night and have only positive evaluations - if you manage to upset someone from management team by having different opinions - that is enough to get fired. Small start-up acquired recently by Pandora, has awful management who thinks employees are some kind of slaves. They swear and scream in meetings, they force teams to work outside of business hours. A great deal of nepotism as SVP is cousin with Head of UX, and some other team leads are coupled - you need to make sure you don't upset them as they will get you fired. Performance evaluation is not based on performance , just on sympathies Micromanagement is at a very high level over here - do not expect autonomy of any kind The Job offer is a total lie - training budget is allocated only if the boss likes you; RSU's usually don't get allocated after the first year They have no process that they follow - management is not trained at all and refuses to hear about best practices in the industry There is so much pressure here, the culture is awful and everyone is just covering their a.. Do not expect to have personal life outside work, especially if you join the PM team, work hours are 9 am until you can't keep your eyes open anymore. Business is in US"

"Solid product in a growing field, but serious issues internally with politics and organization. Risk to business from cross-channel programmatic platforms like Google and The Trade Desk, as many large enterprise clients don't like to verticalize their programmatic platform investments."
