"Be sure to ask enough questions about the day to day work life experience. Ask about how to resolve grievances, ask if the corporate required behaviors are reflected at the local level among the mangers and senior people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reworking their lead management system in a HUGE way. Require greater professionalism from Senior Reps. Mentors for new reps. Disciplined monitoring of financial reps, and mid level managers. A grievance procedure. This list could go on & on."

"The staff, we came together as a team when we needed help from one another and enjoyed the students as well."

"I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! Read the rest of the reviews. Looks like all the campuses are run this way. Not a good company to work for!"

"Don't work here. It's not worth the stress and degrading cruelty they put you through!"

"The office politics and management are unjust. Unfair operating practices. Unfair preferences given to romatic partnerships!"

"Learn to treat employees with dignity and respect. This isn't high school. We are all adults."

"Its pretty close and work is incredibly easy."

"Say that you love cold calling and admitting students into school. Don't be too driven."
What don't you like about working at California InterContinental University?
"Work is too easy and is not challenging. The leadership structure needs attention, but it is a new school and they are working out the problems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To the CEO I would say to take a look at who is running the business and make sure they are qualified and working hard everyday to make the school a place that students will want to attend and employees would want to work."
