"Learning how to solve problems. I became the senior clerk and I definitely enjoyed the fast paced days, the training I gave to many employees, and being able to help."

"It's a great place to work at. They were awarded the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award and the Texas Quality Award."

What don't you like about working at Richland College?

"That it wasn't an Industrial Engineering position, so there was no chance of growing."

"Not any, but it was a great position and experience."
