What do you like about working at Bucknell University?
"Fantastic career development. I worked as a counselor working closely with prospective students in a variety of capacities and also with members of the faculty and students. I managed 33 other college students and was given the flexibility to create my own hours when necessary."
What don't you like about working at Bucknell University?
"Nothing. Seriously."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wish that the management gave us more direction for the next step beyond graduation. I had an opportunity to grow within the department itself but there wasn't any next steps for continuing on that job path or learning about the field."

"My boss was very supportive and approachable, loved helping students attend college"

"The pay was not adequate and upward movement took too much time"

"I love working with the students and assisting them in acheiving their dream of completing their education or getting a career instead of just a job."

"Have experience with youth ages 16-21 and be able to demonstrate an outgoing, hardworking attitude."
What don't you like about working at Job Corps?
"I don't love the quotas that we have to make each month."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. My boss was a good man who worked really hard to be there when we needed him. Wish we could have kept him. His boss may need to take some lessons from him."

"I was able to travel and be away from the office."

"Don't interview. You may get the job."
What don't you like about working at Campbell University?
"Management of the admissions department is terrible. Those in charge have little experience in the field and as such are not able to lead the employees properly. Legal issues are glossed over and sometimes ignored. The welfare of the staff is secondary to selling the institution. Benefits are terrible. Pay is terrible. Communication with superiors would be terrible if it were allowed at all."

"Clean house and bring in someone who knows admissions."

"Getting literally cussed out, used and abused for immediate sales goals while being one of their top salespeople."

"Care about your people. Treat them with dignity and respect. Realize that a balanced life pays off with employee loyalty and better sales!"
