"Be yourself, don't paint a rosie picture of yourself because if you get the job you may not be able to deliver what you promised. Also get enough information about the company. Sometimes even companies promise too many things and they do not deliver"

"To do various career fairs for high school to be able to develop more leads"

"I really liked the people I worked with. They were a lot of fun but they were very professional and worked very hard to achieve their goals."

"Having to rely on others to get my job done."

"Upgrade the facility to attract the type of patients and families they want."

"The job security was lacking due to cut backs, eliminating positions and several lay offs."

"The management was great because the department was notified of updates and changes via regular company meetings with the staff."
