"Not to only promote their friends. Look at other individuals that were also dedicated to their jobs."

"There is a lack of trust. As bosses changes you have to reestablish yourself. Information about abiliteis aren't passed on."

"Merge the divsions to act as one company. Right now it is a lot of different interests covered by one name."

"That we don't always know who is handling what - which is important when you are servicing the public."

"At least a once a year staff meeting of both Chicago and Springfield."

"It was a good company to be associated with. I had wonderful co-workers and a good position. Would never have left there!"

"Be prepared to be in and back out. I was there 14 years and still had my position eliminated."

"The change of leadership of our group every two years. It made for a lot of confusion on roles and responsibilities."

"Nothing, really. It's a totally different company now than when I was there. Much unrest among the employees."

"There are many opportunities, the campus has pools and various activities we can get involved with."

"They do not pay very well, but it is a secure place to work and there are lots of health benefits. The toughest part is the pay: living in Los Angeles is more expensive than what you earn."

"They do not allow much freedom. I have a plethora of skills and interests, but they are often stymied or not used in my current position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'm much for focused on encouraging people to work harder and accept more responsibility. I feel that hard work is not encouraged, and that doing extra work or working in other departments is discouraged."
