"Extremely fast-paced & expanding environment. Manage interaction with over 645 associates in two locations (Santa Ana, CA & Fishers, IN). Coordinated acquisition and integration of New Century Mortgage Servicing second site (in Fishers, IN). Great teamwork, loved interaction with the team."
What don't you like about working at New Century Mortgage?
"The subprime industry collapsed and New Century went bankrupt."

"The industry went through a total meltdown and had a dismal effect on the economy, but this company truly was wonderful to their employees."

"Everyone who worked there was like family. We worked in harmony. The experience was rewarding in knowledge for I learned so much from this company that has given me an edge in other employment."
