What do you like about working at Woodmont Properties?
"I enjoyed the fast pace of the office. I worked directly with the owner, Donald Witmondt. As in any employer to employee relationship you at times questions certain decisions. Over the 12 years working with Donald and negotiating contracts and direct contact with vendors/contractors/buyers, I learned a tremendous amount from him. I learned to back up my answers with facts. Donald would be very fair to people if you could document your side. Show me how and why. Very simple questions that you yourself would ask someone if you were the owner of the company.When I started at Woodmont it was more of a family business and it was through that close knot relationship that we gained mutual respect.Donald respects people that go the extra mile, people that think and come up with solutions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Show confidence, but don't be full of yourself. Listen, digest, and respond. Beable to support your requests for salary and benefits. Just because you feel that's what you want isn't good enough."
What don't you like about working at Woodmont Properties?
"At times the culture of the company required more then an 8 hour day. Management stayed late, worked and nights and weekends. At times you would feel like you weren't pulling your weight if you didn't put in that extra time.Alot of A personalities at Woodmont, but it made me a better employee by being challenged."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As in ANY company, don't forget the support staff. And Woodmont had realized the importance of a team effort. Appreciation goes a long way even if it's words of praise."

"Go in there and be honest to the questions and you will be just fine."

What do you like about working at Assent?
"It was great, I didn't get vacation time but if I needed time off there was not a problem getting it."

"No because the company will no longer be around to apply to but if they were ud be lucky to get a job with them"
What don't you like about working at Assent?
"The fact that they are closing. The parent company is privately owned and decided to shut us down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company has made a profit for the last 6 years, the 1st quarter of this year they didn't make money (but didn't lose any either) and decided to pull the plug."

"Alethea Chase, best manager, she communicates well and provided great direct instructions on job tasks."

What do you like about working at DecisionQuest?
"You know you'll always have a job because you're always doing someone everyone else's job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"only take the job if you really need it. Don't let them take advantage of you by dumping a ton of work on you. I got stuck in the trap and now I am to deep to dig myself out of it. I've been here several years and have yet received a raise and I even run personal errands for hire management."
What don't you like about working at DecisionQuest?
"They hire you for one position but then you end up doing several others without compensation"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a new human resources manager. The one they have now has no idea how to manage and talks behind peoples backs (not good for the company)"
What do you like about working at Vortex Doors?
"I really enjoyed the people I worked with. Management was really easy to get along with, heard and listened to new ideas and concerns. I really felt I was appreciated and my hard work. Even though Vortex is a big company CEO's knew us by first name."

"It was great working for Thrivent Financial, it was a great family orriented company and loved interacting with clients on a daily basis. I met alot of great people."

"I didn't have anything to complain about, until my boss lost his job, therefore I was laid off, because I worked directly for him."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion for management is that take the time to know and understand the people who work for the company and you, because the dinamic of a whole is what makes a company successful."
What do you like about working at Tuff Shed?
"I enjoyed working at Tuff Shed. It was a close knit family. All employees looked out for each other and it was very relaxed environment."
What don't you like about working at Tuff Shed?
"I enjoyed everything about Tuff Shed. I left due to the fact of my husband being relocated to San Bernardino."
What don't you like about working at Suncoast Post-Tension?
"That they just cut me down to part time after 7 years of hard work."

"metropolitan hospital was a career opportuntie for me but all my family relocated to florida, I took it apond my self to relocate too."

"they gave me the opertunity to grow, they were team players. every one help out and was eager to move foward when needed"

"Go in there with the understanding that you will be working with a team, pleople that will help you go further ."

"when I first started working at metropolitan hospitaL , it took me some time to deal with the surroundings of see people hurt"

"everone one I ever worked with did a wonderful job,so the only suggestion would be to keep up the good work"

"I worked closed to the Director and gained experience in other fields of work to add to my knowledge."

"Being a self-starter and having the motivation to learn more can benefit when applying for the job."

"They didn't have a full health benefits package, such as dental and vision and others weren't complete on their job titles."

"they always call me for any job I can do even on short notice. Even though they are a temp service they know I will go to work and their clients like me."

"The people and the job, I like seeing a lot of people on a daily basis and dealing with different things. They made me feel like family even though I was only temporary."
