"I liked the challenge. They promoted me after 3mth of employment with them. I felt like a real team player with them."

"There was nothing I didn't like about working with them, I really did love waking up in the morning and working there, but because my mother got really ill, I had to fly home for a couple months, and was unable to keep my job due to the distance."

"I like that this company is a work at home opportunity. The company is based in Houston and they really care about their employees. Part time employees get to particpate in PTO and 401k. Most companies bann from that."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Computer and phone skills are necessary. If you do not have either one don't bother to apply. Also there is one mandatory overtime weekend for RN nurses so if you can't work on weekends don't bother to apply."
What don't you like about working at Axiom xCell?
"Not being able to see who else works in your company. Once a year they have a company party and you get to meet and greet everybody. That is the only bad thing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, I think management is doing a fine job. Sometimes though I do not think they are strict enough and are too lenient compared to other jobs I have held."
