"Salaries are on the low end. Pay raises and annual reviews never occur in a timely fashion, the CEO has lost most of his best employees in the 2 years since I was there.Their product is superior to everything else out there and keeps ahead of the competition. It set the bar for the industry.The move to the Microsoft platforms is constrained to writing code that is compatible with the mainframe code down to the bug level."
