"They often assign you classes in new technologies, giving you 2 weeks' time to get up to speed before you have to start teaching the material. Ludicrous."

"they assign you classes in new materials that you may or may not have any experience in. They expect you to study quickly to teach the material."

"No upper leadership, a lot of layoffs, a lot of professors praying day by day that they still have a job to go to."

"Depend less on government help, and more on private donations."

"I loved teaching and seeing the positive results of what the students were learning and applying in their fields of interest. It was rewarding to see the fruits of my labor through teaching college students from different backgrounds and cultures."

"I would recommend that others interviewing with this company just present a professional demeanor with knowledge of working with people with disabilities."
What don't you like about working at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University?
"There is not much or anything that I hated about working at Florida A & M University. I desired to teach more if positions were available to do so at the time."

"I would recommend that management continue to find ways that would help students take text material and be able to use practical methods in applying what they learn in the working world."

"This experience was excellent. My goal at the end of the day is to achieve high success. Helping students and co-workers was the highlight of working at Hinds Community College. Due to budget cuts, most Adjunct Professors could not return. However, I am appreciative of the experience."
