"In general, it is very nice environment for work and personal growth. I was able to undertake the following task Undertake several research related tasks including: • Investigating new and potentially valuable research ideas by analyzing their scientific validity. • Performing all necessary research tasks. • Preparing all related research and lab reports and documentation. • Writing all research projects papers and reports and preparing them for publication (of Journals and Conferences). • Following up on and taking care of the research publication process until completion (submission, corrections, and presentations)."
"Being an Adjunct Lecturer is a better experience than being a Teaching Assistant because you have more responsibilities and control of your course work. You have more interaction with students and you have more incentives to prepare your class. Even though I have taken Calculus classes, I have learned much more than when I am taking a class. The class size for SMU is relatively small and the burden is bearable. The only down side is that the income is not significant."
