"Parent company should allow for an increase in superior ad products (i.e. food photography, promotional offers), apply reasonable marketing budgets to each division, be open to test and change, and staff each division with employees that specialize in their respective areas (i.e. fast food, telecommunications, retail, travel, etc.)."
