"Decent offices and people to work with, pay and benefits are decent as well. Upper management, specifically the CEO is terrible, constant change in strategy and plans, constant turnover due to his management style with probably over 90% of it voluntary (and many in less than 6 weeks); screaming tirades at employees in public, Overall a nightmare place to work, Co. will not survive."

"CEO is a raving lunatic. He regularly chainsaws employees in front of others, throws temper tantrums in nasty emails and by hanging up on conference calls. He demands 24/7 work effort but does not empower any employees, including vice presidents, to make decisions - all decisions are made by him and him alone. Impossible to please. Explains 100% employee turnover and poor corporate results. Highly toxic environment."
