What do you like about working at Adept Technology?

"There was a great opportunity learn multiple aspects of Product Marketing, including developing MRDs, visiting customers to understand their needs and requirements, and incorporating feedback into product development and validating marketing strategy. Also, I learned about how to manage and create pricing models and how to forecast products from an operational perspective, and also gained a strong appreciation for the manufacturing process of building robotic systems from scratch."

What don't you like about working at Adept Technology?

"There wasn't that much direction provided on a regular basis and during the first year, having to be managed remotely had its challenges. However, the benefits were that I was able to take on projects more independently and take greater ownership than may have been possible if there was a great deal of micro-management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be more proactive and involved in the development and growth of its employees in order to create a better work environment and dedication of its workforce towards the company."
