"The pay is far too low, and the workload is massive, poor training, contradictory and unclear direction, the environment is rigid and stuffy - a condition even the customers talk about, asked to do many inappropriate tasks unrelated to job title and description."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Either implement a training program so office personnel can practice the overwhelming number of multiple step procedures, or simplify processes to have fewer steps, compensate more appropriately, lighten up, play overhead music, get into a better location, believe in solutions, believe in your people, don't blame your employees for your own shortcomings - take responsibility for them and make corrections."
