"I am grateful to Adea Solutions for giving me the opportunity work right work for my background."

Program Management Consultant

"Only if you are desperate for money"

What do you like about working at Adea Solutions?

"Getting to go to prayer for a couple of hours on Friday afternoon and then getting to go back to work and working all night and getting to work all of Saturday and all of Sunday every week and not getting paid for it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get a prayer rug and start praying."

What don't you like about working at Adea Solutions?

"They are very under handed and allowed the customer to be religionist and when I would not move my family to India for the customer, I was layed-off. I was notified of the lay-off on a Monday morning (on my way to the customer's site) after working all weekend for the customer but, was told that my lay-off was retro-active back to end of business on Friday so, was screwed out of over 20 hours of pay. They force you to work for the customer 80+ hours per week but you can only claim and only charge the customer for 40 of those hours (by force, I mean, it is that way or the highway)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Go back home and pray."
