"Salary disbursement is dreadful, company gives no salary for long periods (5 months) and moreover give fake dates to pay salaries. There is no retention policy and they hire new resources without thinking as soon as new project comes. This causes financial crisis. CONS: leg pulling environment; makes huge promise only not to fulfill them, a bunch of lies; lack of vision and long term policy for company's sustenance; absence of project management and planning; resource allocation is very poor."
