"Upper management not entirely understanding of needs of employees to seek business for the company. Not willing to look at sugestions, only the rules in place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In the transportation business, each problem must be looked at individually and not covered by regulations someone else put in. The management wants you to bring on more business, but restricts you on what you can do with them once aboard. Hard to grow with."
