"Adax presented many opportunities to do more than just sell. The Account Representative is involved in all aspects of project and product management. The projects that I brought in were built into the product line to become standard features for other opportunities."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to be somewhat self-reliant. One needs to learn the technology. The engineers are working on multiple projects at once and it helps to keep communications as clear and accurate as possible."

What don't you like about working at Adax Machine?

"It's a difficult time in the telecom market and the prime product area is drying up. The company is changing its niche which is difficult to identify for the long term. This puts added pressure on all of the employees until market conditions change."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Seek out strategies outside of the typical product model. For example, they should strongly consider licensing software to partners that manufacture comparable generic hardware in order to cement business in other product areas and avoid unnecessary competition."
