"- Family-owned business. Owner is a great man--very caring, knows everyone by name, very personable, friendly with everyone. Monthly catered lunches are appreciated and nice for team building. - The culture is good, positive. - Overall business practices, HR, IT solutions, and website need updated big time. Few to no younger/junior employees in the office. Not planning for the future from a people standpoint. No options for upward mobility. - Executive decision making is too conservative--no growth. Three out of five divisions were closed in the last five years."
