"I have worked for Adams County Human Services since March of 2018. I was hired as a Community Support Services Specialist and I love what I do! The BOC and County Manager has been generous in benefits and it's an amazing culture. The supervisors are very nice and they like to see their team members growing constantly."

"Run for the hills unless you are lazy and stupid"

What don't you like about working at Adams County?

"The bosses are micro-managers and are totally out of touch with what is going on. Not very intelligent either"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make it run a whole lot smoother and maybe show some appreciation to the employees"
