"They culture of the company is very employee empowerment. At the time I worked there it was one of the top five companies for employees to work at."

"The company culture is hard to grasp on first description and doesn't seem like it would work but after observing how it all comes into place then you can better understand."
What don't you like about working at Acxiom?
"The company culture is very confusing at first and it takes about 6 months to get used to the process. It takes some getting used to but after you understand you will love it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to support a very odd but supportive employee empowered culture."
