"I worked for Acxiom for over 9 years, the IT outsourcing division has had minimal investment in training and is slow to embrace emerging technologies. As a consulting and thought leadership division the lack of both of those things ultimately led to client loss. The Marketing division of the company has reached a renaissance period under new leadership from Scott Howe. If you have a choice, the marketing division has some great opportunity. Avoid other divisions as they are outdated"

"Large company that had a fast pass with different client servers to work on."

"Be ready to work at any hour and day specially holidays and weekends."

"Very long hours with a small staff to get the job done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Made sure that since there are so many small teams that they all have the tools and right staff that can ALL work on any given task."

"Industry product leader. Penetration across all industries and has reputation for being industry leader at one time."

"Tough sales environment. High turnover and very little sales support. Very difficult company to work for these days. Use caution!"

"Constant shifting of organization and product focus. Lack of vision and horrible company culture."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of exployees. Focus on product development and stop re-packaging old stuff to try and compete in this market. Get innovative. Spend some money on product development and maintaining current products. They have lost focus on re-investing in the business."
