2.9 I've been with ACV since early 2019. This company has a phenomenal outlook and is extremely promising. The problem is, this is only good on paper. Frequently, problems occur and managers and regional directors are quick to promise solutions to angry customers, only to fail to deliver and never follow up with the customer. The customer stops doing business with us and the regional and supervisors claim they never heard anything about it. You will inevitably send the same email 9 times only for the problem to take 7 months to get resolved.
