"great product ( at least when I was there ) horrible company."

What don't you like about working at Actuate?
"micromanaged from the top down and they drive you like slaves. 2 weeks into this job I was already planning my exit strategy. Company wise they don't have much future, most sales are to existing customers. Business Objects has been eating their lunch. Eventually Actuate is gonna fold or be bought, probably by a company like CA."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"they would be better suited to the food service industry"
